There is a version of you that exists beneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the relentless pace of a full life. Not a past version. Not a future one. The one that has always been here - unhurried, uncluttered, and whole.
This 90-minute experience is an invitation back to that place.
Through guided meditation, conscious connected breathwork, and music drawn from a real journey to India - one taken in search of exactly this - we'll travel beneath the noise of everyday life and return to something essential. To nature. To community. To what actually matters.
No experience necessary. Just your breath and the willingness to remember.
What to Expect:
Arrival & Settling — Come as you are. We open with space to land, leave the outside world behind, and arrive fully in your body.
Guided Meditation — A gentle inward journey to quiet the mind and prepare the nervous system for deeper work.
The Journey Explained — We'll walk through the mechanics of conscious connected breathing and the theme holding our session, so you feel grounded and ready before we begin.
40-Minute Breathwork Journey — The heart of the experience. Conscious connected breathing guided live, with music drawn from musicians who focus on healing and sacred places in the east.
Community Integration — We close together. Time to rest, reflect, and share in a space that holds whatever arrived
