When we breathe consciously and intentionally, we invite the body out of its stress response and into a state of genuine calm — and this session is designed to take you there.

No experience necessary. This session is open to everyone but is best suited for those in good general health.
Out of care for everyone in the room, it is not recommended for those who are currently pregnant or have a history of epilepsy or seizure disorders, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, aneurysm, stroke, detached retina, severe anxiety or panic disorder, active PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or COPD.
