A Guided Breathwork Journey

  • Soul House 300 North Ogden Avenue Chicago, Illinois, 60607 United States (map)

Through active, guided breathwork set to a carefully curated soundtrack, we create the conditions for something most of us rarely allow ourselves: to feel it all, release what we've been holding, and remember who we are when we're not being everything to everyone.

You don't need experience. You don't need to prepare. You just need to show up.

What to expect:

  • A guided meditation to settle into the experience

  • An active, guided breathwork journey (approximately 40 minutes)

  • Curated to music

  • Community sharing and connection

What you may feel: Tingling or warmth in the body A deep sense of relief or stillness Connection — to yourself, your emotions and to the community in the room All of it is welcome. This is a safe space.

Please note: This practice is not recommended for those who are or may be: Pregnant Managing high or low blood pressure Living with epilepsy or a seizure disorder Living with cardiovascular disease or a history of heart attack Managing severe asthma, COPD, or any respiratory illness Recovering from recent surgery or injury within the last 3 months Living with active psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder in a manic phase Experiencing severe PTSD or trauma without current therapist support If any of these apply or you're unsure, please reach out before attending. Your safety comes first.
